Housebro Projects is a static [Blume](https://useblume.dev) site. Each house project is one JSON file, and every file becomes a page at `/projects/<slug>`.

## Add or update a project

1. Edit or create `/workspace/projects/<slug>/project.json`.
2. Run `npm run build` in `/workspace/housebro-projects`. The build first copies every `project.json` into `./projects/` (`npm run sync`), then renders one page per project plus the index.
3. Deploy `dist/` to Cloudflare Pages (see the README).

## What the pages show

- **Overview**: goal, location notes, current phase on the scale rule, last updated.
- **Status by area**: one panel per area with its status and next step.
- **Phase plan**: phases in order; open one for its checklist, pro tasks, and safety notes.
- **Open decisions** and **comparisons**.
- **Measurements**, when there are any. Readings with an unknown date, like a prior radon test, are shown as stats and never charted.

There is no budget section while `budget` is `null`.
